| Protects against |
Moisture absorption, termite attack, fungal growth, surface deterioration |
Moisture, rust, corrosion, premature deterioration |
Moisture migration, wall dampness, moisture-related damage |
| How it works |
Penetrates to the cellular level; hydrophobic but breathable, so internal moisture is not trapped |
Forms a tough moisture-resistant film that reduces water contact with the metal |
Penetrates and bonds to concrete, forming a continuous waterproof barrier and a separation layer against masonry |
| Typical surfaces |
Door & window frames, wooden partitions, plywood, wooden floors, wooden stairs |
Steel door & window frames, truss works, fabricated components, structural members |
Basement belts, concrete door & window frames, beams, columns, damp-prone concrete |
